My Philosophy

I have been a fulltime realtor for over 30 years and the owner of Huck Realty for more than 25 years. When you choose to list your real estate with me I promise that I will give you my personal attention. I will focus my efforts on dealing with you one on one to provide you with all of the tools necessary to get the job done.

You want competent representation when you are in the process of selling your real estate. When you list with me, I'm with you all the way; from preparing your real estate to show it in its best light to making sure that every detail has been taken care of.

I am a “Full Service Broker”. There are no misled discount gimmicks with limited representation, limited marketing, or limited services.

Some firms offer discounted or limited services in exchange for an up-front fee, or perhaps a pay as you go or “a la carte” options. Other firms may offer a sliding scale ranging from limited to full service. In these cases the realtor’s compensation is based on these reduced service levels with the seller bearing full responsibility for all other steps and procedures in the selling process. The old adage, “you get what you pay for” also applies in real estate.

I am a full service broker providing you with quality service, aggressive marketing and competent representation.

• I keep you informed - I provide you with a written report on all showings and open real estates, and stay in touch with you to answer any questions or make any suggestions I think may be helpful in selling your real estate.

• Proven sales ability - I am an aggressive and consistent multi-million dollar sales producer. 

• Competence and experience - I have a degree in Business Administration and 30 years of full-time Real Estate experience. I participate in a number of on-going continuing education programs to benefit my customers. I am past Director of the Board of Directors of the Kenosha Realtors® Association Multiple Listing Service. I am currnetly serving as Director of the Kenosha Realtors Association, Inc., and was voted local Kenosha Board of Realtors 1993 "Realtor of the Year."
